Payments

Shipping & Handling

  • We cannot be responsible for an incorrect shipping address. Please double check your information.
  • We try to ship all orders in a timely manner. We ship all domestic orders by Priority Mail. Orders may take 2 ~ 3 working days to process.
  • Free Shipping on orders of more than $75.00 (in U.S. only).
  • International orders may incur additional shipping fees. Customs, duties and taxes are your responsibility. We will contact you with shipping options prior to processing your order.
  • You will receive an e-mail confirmation for your order within 24 hours. If you do NOT receive this confirmation, please contact us at our e-mail address.
  • Shipping charges are paid by the buyer and are nonrefundable. Damage claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of shipment. Keep boxes in good shape with as little marking as possible.
